965 is supported quite well actually; we just ALSO publish the drivers
independently so that people with older code can use them...
Hey Arjan? Have you tried running those Intel chipsets through the
torture test that is Second Life in Linux? It's unrelated to power
issues but I thought I'd drop the line anyway, see if someone's
willing to get on SL in a Linux distro and improve the driver that
way. I belive there's still an issue with using an OpenGL extension
for shininess...
