In my case, with UseEvents I get 62-63 interrupts instead of the usual
60-61, so I am not sure if it helps. (it might on some other front).
Underclocking the GPU works, I use nvclock and reduce the memory clock
from 600Mhz to 200, and the GPU clock from 300 to 100. This seems to
save around .5 W
