I think both solutions are not good, because it's never good to mix up german 
and english. I think we have two more or less good solutions:

- "ondemand govenor" is good as technical term and shouldn't get translated at 
all.

- "Bedarfssteuerung" for example would be a good german word, translating both 
words. Alternativly: "Bedarfsreglung", "Bedarfsregler" (I don't like that at 
all), "Bedarfsregulierung" (but that's also quite nice *g*).

But even if there are good german words for that, II think we should stay with 
the english term, because the user would not be able to 
find "Bedarfssteuerung" in any other man-page, forum, mailinglist-thread and 
so on. He even might not be able to enable the "Bedarfssteuerung", because he 
doesn't find the right "switch" on his system. It is not always good idea to 
translate everything. Or did you ever heard about a "Tastenbrett" in a 
computer manual? :)))
