One could pretty much figure that any PB "brick" which was equipped with an
IEC power input connector would be autosensing.
In use, the country-specific IEC power cord would be substituted, and away
you go!
One might think a PB "wall wart" which has a built-in NEMA [ * ] 1-15 (two
parallel prongs) plug would be 100-120 volt only, but this proved not to be
the case.
My PB140 "wall wart" has a NEMA 1-15 plug, but it is rated 100-240 volts.
So, an adapter, but not a transformer, would be required if a NEMA 1-15 plug
was permanently attached, but either a country-specific IEC power cord, or a
NEMA 5-15 to country-specific adapter could be used instead.
[ * ] National Electrical Manufacturer's Association, a standards association
in North America. Most of North America employs NEMA-standardized plugs and
receptacles, and many other types of electrical equipment.
