My 3400 has 48 megs of ram on OS8.1 and IE5 is practically unusable, especially if you are listening to MP3s in the background! Just got iCab and it is amazing! Fast and only uses bout 3megs while running several windows!
I really want to add 128 megs and a 20 gig drive for about $200, but think I will do a wireless network (also about $200) to my neighbor's DSL first. He says if I give him the hardware he'll let me use his connection!
