Hi Victoria.(nice name) I use nisus writer on my 7 series desktop also on my quadra and on all my powerbooks. I also use MS office 98 and i have tried all sorts of word docs. i also have a lot of software on back up discs. if you can get licence's. (its all old software though) but very good stable and fast on the older macs.
i also use a set from symantec called greatworks it is like a really cut down version of office 4.2.1 from MS and cope's quite well for basic word docs. I have the original floppies 4 in total, if you want them. I live in the uk and fell into the free trap last weeek (cost me 8 pounds for postage to Australia.) but i will gladley send you the discs. I would also back up what has already been said about Nisus as it is very good for word stuff. Victoria. -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
