With a 3400c and 80 MB Ram, I had to switch from 8.1
and Nav. 4.6 to 8.6 and Mozilla (stable version) to
take advantage of a high-speed connection. This stable
version of Mozilla is anything but - any ideas? It
crashes 4 or 5 times a week. 8.1 was stable as a rock
but slow, so HW is not an issue. The 8.6 install was
probably buggy. Can't get it to see a network printer
(some extensions may be missing, but the only other
Mac on the network is using OS 9) using HP installer
SW.
I'll keep trying - Mozilla is still worth it, despite
the crashes.
Cheers
George
