I got mine from an eBay vendor. Finding good priced 1400 RAM is tough. Careful of more than two stacked modules in a machine with an 8MB "Apple" module, especially if the machine originally came with 4MB. My 1400c started as a 1400cs/117 with a 4MB Apple module. When I upgraded it to an 8, and then started sticking in stackable modules, I started getting errors. Putting the 4MB Apple module back fixed it (so I'm stuck at 60MB, I guess). > I zap PRAM and rebuild the DT on a fairly regular basis, about once every 3 > months or so. Doesn't seem to do much. Does it have a separate PRAM battery? Yes. It's not cheap, and a pain in the butt to access. :-/ -- ----------------------------- personal page: http://www.armory.com/~spectre/ -- Cameron Kaiser, Point Loma Nazarene University * [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- The earth is like a tiny grain of sand, only a lot heavier and bigger. ----- -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
