Hello listers, I remember awhile back I got into a heated discussion w/ a fellow member, who SWORE that it was not possible to install software on a powerbook in SCSI Disk Mode off a CD from a desktop. I told her I did it all the time; she told me I was lying..! :-?
Anyway, I was just installing an OS on a PB 180c, and instead of making an ALIAS of the install program from the OS Disk to the powerbook HD, I instead DUPLICATED the install program onto the powerbook HD. It (of course) told me that it could not find any install programs... ...could that have been the problem the other person had with whom I had the disagreement?
