Once I have all the pieces in place, I plan on making it open source. I don't want to get involved with programming by committee until it's time to tweak and improve the basics. My current plan is to release it as open source shareware on the honor system. Terms of use will explicity prohibit use for sending unsolicited messages. Will probably allow any nonprofit or personal management of a single mailing list for free. Commercial users and those with multiple lists will probably be requested to pay $5/year per mailing list.
