paid $295.00 for the upgrade, the HD cost  $40.00[came with a 540 MB], 
128 MB flash memory card $59.00, and we all know what 1400's are going 
for. . .well, for this kind of money you can get a decent wallstreet, 
lombard, or even  a G4!  So It would not make sense for me to ask for 
what I paid for everything. . just don't want to sell it for peanuts. 
Go ahead and make me an offer!!
