The best 68k 'Book was the 550c, which had a larger active-matrix screen and
a full 68040 in place of the LC040 in the rest of the Blackbird series.
Unfortunately, it was only sold in Japan.

That leaves the 190 as the best of the rest. Running 68K software, it's
often faster than a 5300. These days, 190s and 5300s are both pretty cheap
if that's what you're looking for.
