But when I try to run the installer, I get a message I must first remove the DRVR.ENET0 driver in the System file.
Oh? IN the system file? I looked but do not see....
I tried disabling the 3C589 extension but that's not what it means.
Try running the 3C589's software installer and select deinstall if there is such an option. Or replace the System folder with a clean version.
I did run the uninstaller to no avail.
Not sure how to create a "clean" version. The machine refuses to see an external CD drive, per past threads.
