Bruce Johnson writes, <You know those round, smelly things that turn up behind horses? A common name for them is road apples>
Oh, my -- I just call those round smelly things that turn up behind horses, either "horse sh*t" or "equine feces." I never heard the term "road apples" used to describe that until now! ROFL! I would definitely agree that the AC power adapter input connector breaking off the mobo issue applicable to 5300s and 190s is bad design, but other than having had it happen to my 5300c recently -- I'm pretty sure, anyway: I've got two working 190/5300 AC adapters, both of which work on my 190, neither of which work on the 5300c now, and the connection is loose on the 5300c, so I assume this is the problem -- I guess I just can't see OTHER things about my 5300c which are bad design...just this one issue. ~Yersinia. ________ Got mole problems?
