Caleb, my roommate repairs office machinery for a living, 20+ years--even
he gave up on trying to resolder the power connector back on my 5300 -
which is why I'm now either using my 520c or a G4 Powerbook. I too liked
the 5300, but I was putting more money into the machine to keep it fixed
(and one HAD gone thru the Apple recall--had a number stamped in the drive
bay). A friend with a 190 inherited a large box of parts and pieces.
