Well, no there is no startup chime, but then I frequently turn the sound all the way down.
I don't get any icons, just a blank grey screen. Should the computer work still without this card installed? Looks like I'm going to just do the cache card for now. Then I'll lurk for awhile and maybe learn enough from you guys to attempt the G3 card in a few months... "Michael S.
