RHB I'd say that if the fan quits, the power supply will fail....=) In Matt's case, so to speak, with power outages the same night, it's possible the PowerASupply was knocked out by a surge, if it indeed has failed. My advice to collect a parts machine is based on prices as low as $25 for a PowerCenterPro 180 low profile I picked up last week. It will be gutted to reclaim a PowerCenterPro minitoewer project that has been on the go for a while.
