Valid points all. When we were in mid Florida APC replaced computers for 
us twice. <G> It's OK to hate CompUSA, Fry's, et al and still shop there 
when the price is right. last year Fry's had APC Back-UPS Office 500's 
for $29.00, we went and bought a batch.
