I just upgraded my Power Tower Pro 225 and 200 from 8.0 to 8.6 and
now my 225 won't restart when RESTART is marked... nothing comes up
though I can hear the computer running. I have to unplug it and start
over. Is there a solution to this? Everything else seems OK though
I've had to reenter my Quick Books Pro Data twice because I ended up
with a fatal error the first time. (I backed up all of my information
before having the upgrade done due to time limitations and kept that
off the computer because of confidentiality issues. The technician
did a low level format and reinstalled all of the data left on the
computer. I then restored the date for QuickBooks Pro and for my
clinical software from back ups.) So far all seems well except for
the restart and the now corrected fatal error in my Quickbooks
account. Has anyone else experienced the resrat problem with an
upgrade to 8.6 and if so how was it resolved?
