The issues are unplugging the original, and plugging the new one in. The plug is tucked down into a fairly confined spot. My fat fingers wouldn't work.<G> I used a pair of forceps. The lead has to be shortened, but that's not a hassle. Other than that not a real problem. Opening the power supply up is straightforward once you have it removed. I just reused the original connectors, by cutting them off the old fans and soldering them on to the new ones. The wire color code is universal so there's no issue of identifying what wire goes where. I heard from one fellow who said he found the replacement fans with the correct connectors, so they may be available?
