Hi Robert,
 I was advised by Sonnet to get my money back while they work on the problem so I did.
  One note from them asked me if the part number for my motherboard was: 
PCC-5000-0141-01 and if it was "nothing is going to work." If it's: PCC-5000-0121-04 
"any of our cards will work." 
  I must confess that since I got one of the new Powerbook G4 1 MHz computers, an 
Airport base station and DSL for Christmas, I haven't spent much time with my old 
failthful PTP 225. I still have it and do plan to check it out further and see if I 
still can upgrade it to the G4 800 and use OS X on it as well, but right now I am busy 
learning how to use OS X.
