Forgot to include Carls response on above subject. Thanks Carl, I will check my motherboard part number with crossed fingers. Good information for PTP users. Has anyone else had experience with Sonnet G4/800? Bob

One note from them asked me if the part number for my motherboard was: PCC-5000-0141-01 and if it was "nothing is going to work." If it's: PCC-5000-0121-04 "any of our cards will work." I must confess that since I got one of the new Powerbook G4 1 MHz computers, an Airport base station and DSL for Christmas, I haven't spent much time with my old failthful PTP 225. I still have it and do plan to check it out further and see if I still can upgrade it to the G4 800 and use OS X on it as well, but right now I am busy learning how to use OS X. Hope this answers your question. --Carl -- Power Computing is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Power Computing list info: <http://lowendmac.com/power/list.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/powercomputing%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
