Hi All,

Thanks for all of your suggestions and support. Yes, I
thought it weird that the neither the old or new
monitors would work. The whole process of upgrading
seemed simple enough.

I have tried it with the L2 cache removed (as
recommended) and with it in place. So far, nothing
seems to have worked. It may simply be one of those
mysterious IT problems that requires you to do the
same thing 20 times before it works.
