Hi All, Thanks for all of your suggestions and support. Yes, I thought it weird that the neither the old or new monitors would work. The whole process of upgrading seemed simple enough.
I have tried it with the L2 cache removed (as recommended) and with it in place. So far, nothing seems to have worked.
