It's most evident with PowerMail. When switching from one message to the next it takes 2-3 secs to display the mail content. CPU usage of PowerMail goes up to 40 - 80% while the switch is taking place. I'm running Retrospect Client and GoLive on one machine and Retro Workgroup on the other together with PowerMail. Restarting the apps always resolves the problem for me too. RAM is not the problem - no VM swapping is taking place. Peter
