Both its technology and design. I like its clean interface. For now I only have one design suggestion: the option to change the white background of its windows (Mail Browser and message composer window) to some other colour (preferrably some shade of gray). Black text on light- gray background is easier on the eyes than on white. So I'd very much welcome the implementation of background colour change in View Options (similar to the View Options in Finder windows' icon view settings).
