I like the fact that it doesn't keep trying. I am the postmaster of a mail server and have seen Outlook inundate the server.
If sending to a list of recipients and the last address fails, Outlook resends to the whole list every 3 minutes. The user has no idea this is going on because there is zero notification. OUCH.
