Olaf,

I am familiar with the issue you describe, and like you I have grudgingly
gotten used to the habit of checking mail on the road, and when it has
not been sent, switching it to draft then waiting and resending.

This Yellow Triangle of Doom is new behavior in version 5. In every case
with the mail that got bounced, I did try to resend the emails by
changing to draft and resending. I even tried changing to draft and
making changes and then resending, but on each attempt at resend they
went to lightening-bolts then back to yellow triangles and where never
actually sent.

The only solution I found that worked for these Yellow Triangle messages,
is to copy the contents, subject, and addressees to a new, clean message,
and send that. This is now the only way I can find to get around the
Yellow Triangles of Doom.

If this is the case, then perhaps a Red Stop Sign of Doom would be a
better icon, since broken messages sure are not going anywhere fast.
