Over a US$30 charge? What if it were late at night and I were out of
gasolene, had no cash and only a CapitolOne card? What if there were a
long line behind me at the supermarket and this had happened -- how
embarrassing! There are many situations where there could be serious
problems because a credit card could no longer be used and all because of
a US$30!  In July, my wife and I will be in Europe and I'm guessing
CapitolOne may stop my credit after some small transaction over there. It
certainly pays to have more than one credit card.
