Paying for 5.0

My CapitalOne credit card was charged for PM5.0 yesterday and CapitalOne
denied me use of my credit card today because they thought the charge was
suspicious.  Embarrassing and potentially dangerous if I only had one
credit card, had no cash and was desperate for whatever I was trying to
charge.
