Guess not, but then I get hundreds of these for work from many different sources and I can't police the world - wouldn't want to either :-) >>How? Down grading OSX is not something you can do to my knowledge... Quite. I wiped my OS X partition and reinstalled. No Fun, but my fault as I should have waited before upgrading from 10.2.6. I usually hold back a while with Apple upgrades, but I thought, hell they're about to bring out 10.3 so this must be a simple clean-up update... >>By the way, I have been using Panther with DP, Logic (not really), Spark, >>Mach5, MIO 2882+DSPs and ULN-2, and all the Waves and WaveArts. I have more modest needs, but have you any comments on SoundSoap and the forthcoming pro version? This is off-topic but you can email me direct if you want. I keep forgetting to do that. But then there is another problem. Once I change the file/document name in the attachments folder and give it the correct extension it no longer opens from within PM, but only from the attachments folder. In PM the attachment now looks faded (not available) so I guess altering the name breaks the link with PM. Thanks for the responses and advice. Patrick
