OmniWeb has a nice way of memorizing a particular window setting. Size and position the window the way you want it, and then select "Save Window Size" from the Browser Menu. That becomes the default position, and if you open a new browser window while no other windows are open, that's where it's going to be. If that "slot" is already occupied by a preexisting browser window, new windows tile down from there. And, yes, the "Did you really, really want to edit this?" message is annoying.
