As the problem was random in nature, I didn't check this, but I have now. It is unchecked on all accounts. Thanks for the suggestion though. Do I have any reason to not believe settings I see in Powermail? Any chance corrupt account settings would give random redownload of messages? Have noone else experienced this particular problem and have some insights to offer? Coming to think of it, I think the problem have grown worse by time.
