I'm using Powermail 5.2.3 on a G4 desktop running Tiger 10.4.7. The "find" function that searches through all my emails to find a particular word, phrase, sender, etc., had been working perfectly for months. But now it *always* tells me there is no instance of whatever I'm searching for (even if there are many instances of it).
My Foxtrot Personal Search 1.1 (for everything in the computer) continues to work fine. The PM Preferences are set to automatically index messages in the background. I have tried everything I can think of (e.g., "update search index"; "compact search index"; "compact database"; running YASU, DiskWarrior, etc), but nothing seems to help. I'd appreciate any help to get the PM "find" function working again. Thanks! Ken
