It seems PowerMail 5.5 incorrectly formats attachments sent in
AppleDouble (either by setting the attachment encoding to AppleDouble,
or Smart if the file contains a resource fork).
Until we fix the problem, you can send mac files to mac users using
Binhex encoding, and all other files using Base64.
