I guess I spoke too soon. This worked fine for 2 weeks and it now gives me an error message. "An indexing error occurred." More info says: "Class+FoxT; what=12;when+34 (index)" This is when I'm doing a search in the folder containing the message with all my ticket numbers listed. It's a message Body search "includes at least one of the words." Why the problems now? It worked so well before. Tom Miller
