Fermi is conducting a "Quick Hit" Benchmarking survey and request information from other facilities to the following questions: (1) Does your facility use "Trip Tickets" to access the RRA/RCA? Yes If so, A) How many levels or types of tickets based on type of work or activity to be performed are used? 2 RCA, HRA & LHRA B) What type of radiological briefing is given for each level, (for example self-briefed or RP briefed)? RP briefing for all RCA entries. (2) How are work control and the "dose budget" integrated into the RRA/RCA access process? RP has dedicated work control person who works in conjunction with the ALARA staff. A) How is the dose budget maintained and updated? Tracked by in-house access program
