Palo Verde provides the following response:

Yes. Palo Verde uses the VSDS survey system and there is a web viewer module
that connects approved surveys to a kiosk display on the intranet that allows
workers to view surveys before entering the RCA.

Subject: Re: Powernet: One last Quick Hit Benchmarking Question

Does your facility have online (Intranet) electronic survey maps for workers to
review before accessing the RRA/RCA?

Thanks,

Subject: Powernet: Quick Hit Benchmarking Questions

Fermi is conducting a "Quick Hit" Benchmarking survey and request information
from other facilities to the following questions:

(1) Does your facility use "Trip Tickets" to access the RRA/RCA?

If so,

A) How many levels or types of tickets based on type of work or activity to be
performed are used?

B) What type of radiological briefing is given for each level, (for example
self-briefed or RP briefed)?

(2) How are work control and the "dose budget" integrated into the RRA/RCA
access process?

A) How is the dose budget maintained and updated?

Thanks in advance,
