Dresden, Quad Cities, and LaSalle stations all have a program called
Survey View that allows anyone with the station's access to see scanned
copies of completed maps by area. We scan maps in on a regular basis and
it is very easy to scroll back through an area to see the survey history
for the area.

Subject: Re: Powernet: One last Quick Hit Benchmarking Question

Does your facility have online (Intranet) electronic survey maps for
workers to review before accessing the RRA/RCA?

Thanks,

Subject: Powernet: Quick Hit Benchmarking Questions

Fermi is conducting a "Quick Hit" Benchmarking survey and request
information from other facilities to the following questions:

(1) Does your facility use "Trip Tickets" to access the RRA/RCA?

If so,

A) How many levels or types of tickets based on type of work or activity
to be performed are used?

B) What type of radiological briefing is given for each level, (for
example self-briefed or RP briefed)?

(2) How are work control and the "dose budget" integrated into the
RRA/RCA access process?

A) How is the dose budget maintained and updated?

Thanks in advance,

Thomas M. Lashley, RSO
