Fermi has provided drinking water in the RCA, not on a routine basis, but
we have provisions to do so. Examples - "clean areas" within the RCA
(with PCM) during outages, locked coolers controlled by RP, after
individual is checked for contamination, water is provided (squeeze bottle)
no contact with mouth, each instance is evaluated before allowed.

Subject: Powernet: Drinking Water in RCA

Davis-Besse is in a reactor head replacement outage. We have been
requested multiple times to stage water at our personnel hatch to
containment so that workers can refresh themselves, which has been refused
(except for emergency purposes). My question is how many of you
provided/allow drinking water in the RCA for routine use.

Thanks
