Can we get more thorough tests for Replicas, ReplicaList, and ReplicaSet.
I'm not looking for 100% coverage, but things like equality and hash code,
order sensitivity of hash code output and equals results.
ReplicaList, containsEndpoint, filter, intersect, subList, normalizeByRange
(I am not sure this is equivalent to Range.normalize they look very different).
Then tests for methods in Replicas like containsEndpoint.
