What about `cassandra.sstable.format.ttl_mode`? We already have that prefix
on `cassandra.sstable.format.default`, in
`CassandraRelevantProperties.SSTABLE_FORMAT_DEFAULT`, added by
[CEP-17](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-17056).
