@michaelsembwever `~/.cache` seems to be a good dir to put it under. We are
really caching it and there are other caches in place already on desktops.
Maybe `~/.cache/cassandra-owasp` would be the best to say that such owasp cache
is from Cassandra project. Otherwise who would know?
