I am not sure what sidecar you are referring here but the official Cassandra
Sidecar, as far as I know, does not enable setting guardrails via its
endpoints. They can be changed in runtime only via JMX. Changing via JMX does
log already, I strongly believe. I would just remove logging and if, yes.
