Howdy, Well, I run mprime 24/7 on a laptop and I have for about a year. Before me the previous owner ran seti for 2 or 3 years. The laptop and the external brick get a little warm, but otherwise they are fine. I do stop mprime sometimes when I am watching a video. It is a P3/700 so divx decoding is a bit much for less than half the cpu. Good day, Ralph
