what about the idiosyncrasies of different films eg Kodachrome? or does

Neil - thanks for your considered response - I guess I am guilty of not
biting the bullet (and coughing up yet more dough [flow of cash seems to
be one-way at the moment, sigh..]) with respect to getting (all) my
equipment correctly profiled......
