This is exactly the problem we had with the previous release with Win2K.
However in 3.5
Thanks Richard. He is on 3.5 already. Video card is a NVIDIA TNT2 or
something like that. Should he uninstall and reinstall the video card
driver?

All we did was to install the new Imacon software....mind this was on a FlexTight Precision 11. All our video cards are different tastes of Matrox which as you know have a great reputation for graphics work and profiling, so I cannot give any opinion of other makes. No we did not re-install anything other that poke in the 3.5 scanner software, great when it works like that <G>
