Your mail program should be able to do this automatically? Entrourage certainly can. > Apple's Colorsync users archive doesn't seem to cause any problems with > spam, nor Live Picture, perhaps this is taking paranoia too far? I agree with the paranoia comment. Where exactly is all this spam I'm supposed to be receiving? I get 60 odd e-mails a day from ProDig, but I didn't consider that to be spam :-) A lot of it is rehashed subjects, which would be better looked up under the Archive, perhaps? Though I admit, that sometimes it's easier just to ask the "panel" a quick question and receive a quick answer, than spend ages trawling through past posts. (I must admit, I haven't yet checked the archive pages, I don't have the time :-( On a spam note. I'd hate to receive spam, but I'm not really sure why people do? I'm not being stupid here, I know the problem exists, but how come I don't get any? (Please note - I'm not complaining about this fact, I don't want any, although Apple's Mail program seems to think I get some on one of my computers, usually its just boring stuff, not actually spam. So - Why don't I get any? I subscribe to numerous e-mail groups, I surf the net all day long, my credit card details and e-mail address fly around many a site (I'm always buying stuff on-line) I've even been know to browse the occasional porn site (by mistake, obviously), so why am I not bombarded by the stuff? The only reason that I can think of is perhaps Apple's [.mac] service interrupts mail before it gets to me and weeds out the spam. But if it does, that would be a little worrying, though not necessarily a problem for me. Anyone know why some people get tons of spam and I get none?
