That's the "free" software that comes with the camera. The software that ought to come with the camera is HyperUtilities which costs you a further hundred and fifty pounds and is clunky, unresponsive and slow (on a Mac). It does however let you export the RAW files as a 16 bit AdobeRGB file, and it also allows you to shoot with the camera tethered to a computer.

It's a horrible piece of software. You move a point on a curve (well you move the mouse, the point moves five seconds later) then five seconds after that the preview changes to reflect the change.

Add to this it doesn't seem to be Colorsync aware, so the preview picture is way less saturated than the file you open in Photoshop and the fact there are no colour samplers to help you make a decision and you'll see why we're in the queue for MacBibble.
