Dear Paul

Thanks...tried that but after an age it brings up what I think is meant
to look like a floppy with a ? mark.....  Now as I see it if this drive
is still usable, there is the problem of it being recognised before one
can get to work on it.

What is the correct method of putting into service a similar drive
previously used on a windows system....all these drives are formatted in
the NTFS file system.
