Dear Philip, I've never tried to correct flourescent colour casts in PS, but I have used 800 fuji negative several times in horrible mixed and flourescent lighting situations at night and it seems very forgiving. If you start here, your job in PS could be easier! Depending on the final size of your images, you could also expect little problem with grain - I've had several DPS's published (and on one occasion where grain was added!)
